Nice hotel and kept very clean. All the staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. The food was varied and very good. The drinks were premium drinks and the Estrella lager very nice. A special mention to Sandra and Victor the bar staff and Ryunko behind reception. A great holiday and would visit again.

The hotel was great. Really clean premises kind staff members, good food. When we had a problem with the drain in the shower, I struggled to return to the room before the maintenance man was there. The beach is also just perfect. Clean, conveniently located, great sand and clean water.

We stated here for a family holiday Oct 22 and found the hotel met every expectation. Rooms were a good size and very clean and modern with TV, WiFi fridge, safe and lots of space for clothing. We opted fir the all inclusive ultra package which gave us every option, free access to gaming rooms, kids activities, etc etc. The beach bar is a fantastic asset for this hotel and sitting on the beach drinking cocktails is a dream. The beach is very clean, cleaned every evening and beautiful sand. The sea is warm enough and only a slight gradient into the sea so very safe for the kids. Beach also includes volley ball nets and toilet. The food was perfect albeit a bit of a hunt fir spoons cups and glasses at busy periods. The staff are very friendly and helpful though mostly Spanish speaking only so a brush up on basic Spanish would help. To its credit its a fantastic hotel with great staff and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.. Maybe next year :-)

Unmatched service from the receptionists, but generally impressively great service all-around (restaurants, bars, entertainment staff etc.), well-assorted buffets for all three meals, cozy beach bar included in all-incl package.

The beach is also just perfect. Clean, conveniently located, great sand and clean water. We traveled as a family of 4. Children aged 6 & 10. All enjoyed ourselves a lot. I had the best Sangria ever in a little bar by the small pool. The drinks are great quality. The kids clubs were not their strongest point. We felt the activities were a little difficult to join if you were not a Spanish speaker. Having said that we really did have a wonderful time over all. Gandia town is a short bus trip from just round the corner from the hotel. The esplanade walk is great too. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and place for truly relaxing and non problematic stay. Thank you.

We enjoyed a lovely two week break. Our room was on the top floor and we had a stunning view of the mountains. The food was very good and we particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice at breakfast time, the sangria and Agua de Valencia at dinner time. The all-inclusive drinks were genuine Baileys, genuine Gordon’s gin and genuine rum which we were pleased with. We wanted to particularly mention Vanessa in reception who helped us a lot.
